Avenida dos Lagos

Situated in a stunning lakeside location between the Par 3-2nd and Par4–17th Holes, Avenida dos Lagos offers luxury accommodation comprising six 3-bedroom link villas and sixteen 2-bedroom apartments. Boasting south-facing aspects, with open views of the golf course to both front and rear, all these properties are conveniently located near the tennis courts and just a short distance from the Golf Club House.

Detached Villas

Luxury detached villas with private pools are set in several prime Golf Course locations. Providing magnificent golf views and with private gardens, the villas can be found near the Resort Entrance, overlooking the 1st Tee, the 18th Tee and the 14th Hole.

Fairviews Village

The first golf village phase to be constructed on Boavista Golf Resort is located between the Par 4–1st and Par 3–2nd Holes. Fairviews comprises eighty 2-bedroom luxury apartments offering golf, pool or sea views. A gated communal swimming pool and children’s pool area, located in the centre of the village, also offers private changing rooms and sunbeds. It is conveniently located near the tennis courts, the children’s play area and the Golf Club House.

Jardim das Oliveiras

Lakeview Village
