Villa 7 lies in a quiet corner off Fairviews Village, one of the most conveniently located properties on the complex to the clubhouse, spa, practice area, and first tee. The front of the villa overlooks the kiddies pool end of the communal pool and terrace area in the centre of the village. The rear terraces look over the first tee and fairway, with views extending over Lagos and the sea.

The villa is maintained immaculatley, and is tastefully furnished, with every conceivable convenience available to make your stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. The three terraces, (one to the front and two to the rear), offer options for either sunshine or shade throughout the day and into the evening. In addition to three sunloungers for private sunbathing, the rear downstairs terrace is complete with BBQ, patio table/chairs, and parasol - perfect for alfresco dining. A selection of CD's and DVD's are available for the convenience of guests. In addition to the TV/DVD in the main lounge, there is also a TV with full range of satellite stations in the master bedroom. We would respectfully request all smokers to refrain from smoking inside the villa.
