Enjoying beautiful panoramic views it overlooks, from one balcony, the large heated pool facility & golf course and, from the other, the 17th green/fairway & water features with stunning views to the Monchique Mountains beyond. Both balconies are well equipped including tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasols and BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the adjoining storage room includes an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. All patio doors & windows incorporate electrically operated roller shutters. There is also an electronic safe, in the master bedroom, for the use of all guests. All rooms are accessed via the spacious entrance hall that incorporates the telephone access system and a hall table & associated wall-mounted mirror. The spacious lounge/dining area includes a large dining table with ample seating and utensils for six people. There is a matching sideboard. The lounge area has two sofas, a 3-seater & a 2-seater, a coffee table and matching side table. There is a large Sony, flat screen, TV that receives all the main SKY channels and the seating is so positioned to take full advantage of the stunning elevated views via the two double patio doors. The apartment is non-smoking only and pets are not allowed. Parking is directly outside the apartments.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout and incorporates full air-con & heating, 2 satellite TV's (one in the lounge and one wall mounted in the master bedroom), DVD & CD equipment. Each bedroom has twin beds with bedside table & drawer units and reading lights. In addition there are large mirrored wardrobes, dressing tables/stools. Hair dryers are provided. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities, including a bath and shower. Both bedrooms are south facing and lead on to the balcony via patio doors that incorporate fine meshed sliding bug screens. The accommodation is child friendly with two extra chair beds provided as standard and bed linen as required. Cots and high chairs are available, upon request, at an additional cost. The official arrival and departure times are 4pm & 10am. However these times are flexible in the event that the apartment is not booked on the same day. As the apartment is 1st floor it is not suitable for wheel chair access.
